Alki Girl is a local West Seattle business conceived to provide a line of high-quality products. The inaugural Alki Girl Granola is a gourmet product, slow roasted in small batches using only healthy whole grains and nuts with absolutely no artificial ingredients. Alki Girl Granola makes every effort to buy ingredients from local sources. Our granola is naturally sweetened with honey and is abundant with fruits and nuts. We take great care in preparing our products.
The owner/founder is a highly trained professional chef with many years of experience in the food industry. Quality being a top value is expressed through carefully toasting only the finest ingredients in small batches allowing the flavors and texture to remain consistent in every bag.
Being a West Seattle native and thoroughly enjoying countless days at my neighborhood Alki Beach, I realized that I wanted to create a food product that was exceptional in quality, while paying homage to the place that holds a special place in my heart. Many hours have been spent admiring the magnificent view, never tiring of the serenity of seeing the mountains, the water, the sandy beach, the majestic ferryboats, and the skyline of Seattle, thus, the inspiration for the name, Alki Girl.
